Amazon Prime Video wanted to create an April Fools’ Day video that was disruptive, shareable, and made the brand dominate online conversations on the day.
Campaign Idea
Jackie Shroff, a well-known star on the Prime Video roster, has a distinct vernacular that's instantly recognisable and loved by all. So, we introduced a faux feature called 'Jaggu Dada Mode,' giving audiences a glimpse of what their favourite movies and shows would sound like in Jackie Shroff's signature tone. A documentary-style video sold the concept, and it went on to become one of Amazon Prime Video's best-performing videos ever.
Results
Jaggu Dada Mode broke many records for Amazon Prime Video, becoming the best performing asset across all campaigns in the past two years.
